Implimenation
in stores such as hmv, might help prolong cd sales and provie acess to stores for indiependant labels, saing on cd’s as they arent mass produced therefore hving to cover costs. This will llow for near download prices. hopefully it will regenerate the idea of going to a “record store” to purchese music off the cuff instead of going direct to itunes for what you want.

Why
Cd sales are down and it is a finacially hard time for everybody. Hmv are looking for a way to improve dramtically declineing cd sales as selling new thecnology is not accounting for lost sales of cd’s. something needs to be done while there is intial intrest to save the brand. IT needs to bring downthe cost of wholesale cd albums and increse costomer sales and offer. A digital solution stops them loosing out to digital competition. Has to be instore to shave jobs and the buisness.
-Intrest is still seen in buying cd’s
-Backing up music is a problem for lazy consumers
-Could partner with an online service.
Audience
Anyon in the shop
-so should account for resonable thecnical unability
the system should flow easily and not involve comple actions or menus
allow for browsing lesuirely not involve massive intial input , although allow rigorous search.
To do
questionaire - how will people use this and how wil it attract the audience back to physical sales how does it ned to be done
How it will be presented finshed
Gesture table by moving brands
-Takes away from a mundane kiosk for the “fun” part, immersive and interactive more natural ike browsing through cds.
-Payment and thecnical side handeled at a kiosk.
